1. All fees are charged for twelve months, payable quarterly, and must be deposited by the due date of each quarter.
2. If the 10th of the month happens to be a holiday, payments must be made by the 9th of the month.
3. Parents are welcome to deposit fees online at www.hlischool.in.
4. Fees are also accepted through NEFT, PayU Money, and credit/debit cards.
Details can be obtained from the accounts department.
5. A late fee of Rs. 20/- per day shall be levied from the 11th day of the scheduled month until the fee is cleared.
6. As per the Central Board of Secondary Education directives, schools need to be cashless transaction zones. Therefore, if the fee is deposited in cash, a nominal cash handling charge of Rs. 300/- per transaction will be applicable.
7. In case a cheque is dishonoured for any reason, the fee along with bank charges of Rs. 100/- and the late fee must be remitted immediately.
8. Students will not be allowed to attend school if the fee is not paid within one month of the due date.

School fees are to be paid for the full year, i.e., for twelve months (April to March).
School fees will be collected in four quarters as per the provisions in the U.P.
School Fee Fixation Act 2022-23 (6).
If the last date falls on a bank holiday, payment must be made before that date.
Students whose fees are in arrears are liable to be debarred from attending school and taking examinations until all dues are cleared. Defaulters will not be issued any certificates.
No child will be permitted to begin a new session unless all arrears have been cleared in full before the commencement of the new session.
Fees for the term must be paid in full even if the student leaves before term ends. The Composite Annual Fees include charges for Building, Functions, Activities, Games, Sports Items, Water-RO, Electricity, Generator, Classroom Equipment, Telephone, Media, Smart Education, SMS, Medicine, First Aid, Teaching Aids.
Examination Fee: The Examination Fee includes two Unit Tests, Mid-Term
Exams, Final Exams, and Pre-Board Exams for Classes X and XII. It will be collected twice during the session. There will be a proportionate increment in the fees every year as per the UP Self-Finance Independent School Fee Fixation Act, 2022. Parents are requested to pay the fees from the 1st to the 20th of the second month of each quarter.
